This excellent cognac is a blend of very old cognacs. It develops roundness, suppleness and aromatic complexity, whilst expressing elegance and subtlety.

Jens bottle: 70 cl 40% vol.
Grape variety: Ugni-blanc, machine-harvested

On the eye: yellow-amber tile coloured robe and orange/brown glints.
On the nose: roundness and suppleness, apricot, candied fruit, prunes, chocolate and cigar box aromas.
On the palate: a sustained and rounded attack, with much gentleness. A very long finish with spicy, prune and caramel notes.
